JVC GR-D770U drivers?

I cant install the bundled software/drivers that came with the camera cause my disc drive doesnt work. Is there any place I can download it online?? The pc makes a sound when I plug the camera in but hardware wizard doesnt pop up. Ive been to JVC site no luck HELP!

  1. The GR-D770U is a MiniDV camcorder - you transfer video via firewire so you don't need any more drivers.  What happens if you try to use Windows Movie Maker to capture video?
