I don't know if you saw my message as I typed it, because all I saw were a bunch of Quot items where I was trying to depict the connection point labels on the unit with their voltages. They were the + that is supposed to be the +7.6vdc point, and then the C that had the +3.09vdc, and the T that had the +2.91vdc. Anyway, you didn't really answer my question other than to say I should send it in for repair to a Service Center. I don't want to get a high priced repair for something I believe is probably a broken wire on the + connection at the inside somewhere on the unit, but rather am looking to confirm if what I suspect is actually the situation. However, if I need to get it sent in, then I would need to know where to send it in for such repairs, and an estimate on the costs involved.
Thanks, Steve
