Hi,I've got this great receiver but can't seem to get the subwoofer working. I'm hooking up a Bose subwoofer that allows satellite speakers. I can only seem to get the satellites working when they are hooked up directly.My user manual has also disappeared. Any thoughts on how to proceed or where I can get some direction?Thanks in advance.Regards,Bruce
