JVC Tv Constant Blue screen

Question

The screen on my tv is constantly blue as if it was in video 1 or 2 but even changing the video to tv and back does not help. It plays VCR tapes if I connect the VCR to the TV. The TV does not seem to be receiving a signal. What can I do to fix this problem? I tried changing the cable cord connecting the tv to the cable outlet on the wall. Nothing helped. I also tried messing around with the menu. That didn't help either.
