JVC mini mote pc mp-xp731

Question

My jvc laptop stopped booting up after 3 years. I now realise that jvc did not supply me with a xp pro set up disk to re-install the operating system. I have managed to install a Dell version of xp but i note the wireless internet light is not on and I can not even use the ethernet port either to access internet. I presume other ports are not working either. what can i do? please help, perhaps you can send me a cd to set up xp pro. please can you help?
