JVC vs. LG?

i bought a JVC 32" lcd tv for my inlaws { they are seniors, big time} after the installer was long gone they discovered that that

he installed a LG brand. bottom line-got for the same price.

DID I GET HOSED? { they seem very happy with it }

Both good brands. would need model numbers to tell you whats better. one problem may be, if you get a problem your receipt will be different to model so you cant prove ownership
