The Show Opens with Kane in the G.M's office he is furious at the Undertaker who cost them the Tag Team Titles by hitting Kane with a chair. He says that tonight he and the Undertaker are no longer brothers, or partners. He wants to face him in a match tonight. Shane agrees.
Event 1 : Dreamer, Noble & Bigshow vs. Helms, Matt Hardy & Orton
Vince is shown backstage talking to Shane. He says maybe that his match with Stone Cold was a bad idea and that maybe he should call it off Shane says that he can't do that because if he forefits Stone Cold will become the new G.M. Vince then says that he has an idea Shane can wrestle in his place. Shane looks shocked but Vince tells him to get ready for the match because his match is next.
Event 2: Shane vs. Stone Cold

Event 3: Kane vs. Undertaker
A Video Clip of Rey Mysterio is shown. He tells the crowd that he is the rightfull number one contender for the I.C title. He then tells Batista that whether or not Batista defeats Cena tonight he better watch his back at Unforgiven because Rey wants revenge.
Event 4: Cena vs. Batista I.C title
Event 5:
Kennedy & Jeff Hardy vs. M.V.P & Shelton vs. Ryder & Hawkins
3 way Ladder Tag Team match for #1 contender
Vince walks down to the ring and announces that he has decided to bring back the Hardcore title Here tonight. He will have a Hardcore Elimination match to pick the winner.

Punk vs. Finlay vs. Chavo vs. Regal vs. Y2J vs. Noble

Event 7: McCool vs. Victoria (Womens Champ)
