Jacobs, Mcgahee, or Holt?

I'm in a keeper league, and I need to select either Brandon Jacobs, McGahee, or Holt. Receptions count as points and touchdown distance as well. Thanks!

Holt is still the main air threat in St. Louis and should get alot of catches this year.  Mcgahee is the starter on an offense that is still trying to find out who there starting quarterback is going to be so be careful with him.  Brandon Jacobs shared the backfield alot last year and was hurt for sometime.  Will it be the same situation this year?  I don't know.  I had him on my team last year and he helped me but he also killed me when I needed him most.
