"It's probably the right word to use: 'Okay'. No great shakes," Jagielka told reporters."We'd have loved to have had the full six points [from the first two games] but four points will do.”
He then added that the team was looking forward to their next game, as they were hoping to end up finishing on top of their group.
"We look forward to the next game now and if we can make that seven then it's a progression and hopefully we'll finish top of the group.”
Despite his positive attitude, the defender was rather disappointed with the referee. He went on to suggest that perhaps the official was awarding too many free kicks, which resulted in the team’s momentum constantly being broken down. The referee also went
on to disallow a goal scored by http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jermain-Defoe-c18359 early on in the first half of the game.
"We're winning the ball and the ref's either booking us or giving free kicks," Jagielka added. "So, a little bit frustrating but there's not much we can do about that.”
"Thankfully, we managed to keep plugging away and get the penalty. Frank was calm as you like, finished it off, and a draw's not a bad result at the end."
