Jail time for 13 year old killing someone? (Canada's laws if possible)?

Whats the jail time for killing some one in Canada when your 13?

Maximum jail time is 5 years! YCJA protects minors between 12-17 from serving adult sentences. I have to say, that Canadians are lucky they're not extradited to the states for this.

Sorry dont know Canadian law but here in the states 14 year old was put in Juvenile hall til he was 18 and then 10 years probation. I would think all cases would be different depending on circumstances.
