Jail time for drag racing?

A recent NBA basketball player was caught drag racing. He was caught before he hurt himself or anyone else. How long will he serve?

None.  Just a huge ticket and loss of his drivers license for awhile.  

Being in the NBA the money is nothing.  I'm sure he will still continue to drive anyways.  You always read about people getting in trouble for doing it only to have it suspended again.  It didn't work the 1st time what makes you think it will work suspending it again?

His trial is probably just him trying to fight the ticket or where they will take away his license.
