does anyone hate jake from the twighlight saga and just wish he would go away and let bella be happy with edward becuase we all no thats what she wants? i think its so annoying that he has to be trying to get her to be with him and that he wants to kill edwward. anyone agree ???

NO WAY Jacob really gets on my nerves in new moon let Bella n edward be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!But i might change my mind when i read the last book.

Edward's an abusive sparkling popsicle, and Jake is a horny furry. I see no difference except that Bella is willing to give her humanity (friends, family, etc, or what little of that she had) up for one man. What a tool.

Lol, Bella is so unattached to anyone in her life that she would probably be more (marginally) useful as a vampire anyways. Wtf?

I like Jake better than Edward, and New Moon was better for not having Edward in it (except for when Bella cried all the time) I read books for enjoyment, and Jake provides a sense of humor. Edward provides... um, i don't know. drama. possessiveness. stalker-type tendencies?

I've never hated him. I think he added some extra drama and what not. I love his personality too (except when he got too annoying). Man, I wish I met a guy like him!

At least he finally imprinted on someone... Bella's daughter!

No, I like him.  I just like Edward a lot more.  But Jasper is my favorite.

Well if you didn't finish the series, you can't decide to "hate" Jacob.  That IS judging, you can't deny it.

yes i did untill edward and jacob became friends in breaking dawn.

before i thought he was really annoying and stupid and would just go away and stop trying to ruin bella and edwards relationship.

and i thought it was really mean to edward when bella said she wanted to name the baby EJ (edward jacob) haha even tho thats not really to do with what ur asking

I don't hate him. In fact, I love him! He doesn't deserve to be hated....he is just a teenage BOY who's dealing with his emotions! We all would do the same for the person/s we love! Why can't you understand Jacob?!?!?!?!

Jacob loves and cares for Bella. He cares for Bella's future. he doesn't like it so much that Bella is giving away her soul...her whole life just to be with Edward, and I agree with him. It is very unhealthy and WRONG to be giving up your whole life for one guy (who left you ONCE and left you bleeding, and who is a hideous dangerous MONSTER). He wants Bella to choose life. He wants Bella to choose him because Bella would have a happy, healthy and human future with him. She wouldn't have to give up anything for him. That's why he fights for her. Jacob represents choice. And I think you should understand him. He is not really the bad guy, as you put it. Try putting yourself in his shoes! Do NOT judge him the way you do!!!

Edward Cullen, on the other hand, is too unrealistic and too mean to love. He doesn't have emotions and he left Bella in New Moon JUST LIKE THAT! And he just let Jacob overhear him and Bella talking about marriage plans...how insensitive! He is just so mean. He controls Bella all the time. He makes decisions for her. He doesn't want Bella to become free. He doesn't deserve to be loved.
