Can you buy dvds of this cartoon show in the UK? Its show on CBeebies channel.

My 18 month old son loves it, he screams with excitement when the theme tune comes on and giggles like a drain all the way through lol! He doesn't really watch TV but this cartoon really seems to have captured his attention!

Where is the show from? The accents and names sound Irish, it is produced in Ireland?

I'd love to get him a dvd as he really enjoys it, lol!

My twins adore this prog too - why not try contacting cbeebies on their website?  Or BBC website - they are pretty good about replying to enquiries.  Good luck - if you get an answer, perhaps you can let us know?!

Jakers makes me think he's scottish because of the pattern of his sweater. It's hard to say though. They show it in the U.S. too and my daughter loves it too. She says, "Mommy I want piggies."
