Blaszczykowski added that his team did not take the game lightly, and were on their toes throughout the course of the 90 minutes. He stated that there are no easy games in the Bundesliga and this victory was important to build
the momentum for the future assignments. He showered praise on his teammates for putting up a brave show on Sunday, and urged them not to take things lightly in the upcoming games.
“There are no easy games in Hamburg. The tempo remained high throughout the 90 minutes, but we did what we set out to do and continued to create chances after going in front. That speaks volumes for the team,” the Polish concluded.
Dortmund are currently second on the table with 37 points, and their next meeting is against Hoffenheim on Saturday, January 28, at the Westfalenstadion.
