Jalan Malacca Raya in Malacca? discos? pubs?

Was wondering what they have at Jalan Malacca Raya. I heard that they have many pubs and bars there? How much are the beers there or maybe liquor bottles? Are those places "dirty" where the girls come sit with you and start the hanky panky? enlighten me please!!!

I've been to Malacca Raya and no, i havent been to any of those sleazy pubs & discos but i've been to FLO at Equatorial Hotel which is located right in Malacca Raya. The bar featuring classy environment and they have live entertainment as well as those pub games like billiards & stuff. If you are into cigars & wines, this place is definitely a great place for you coz they have their own cigar divan in their outlet.

Drinks prices are from RM18.00 & above for liquors per glass & beers are like RM40.00 per pint and RM14 per mug, cocktails will be around RM25.00 a glass while bottles of liquors depends on what type..most will start from RM200.00 & above per bottle.. if i were you, just grab a bottle or two at the shopping mall called 'CARREFOUR' which located just opposite the hotel..and theirs are definitely much more cheaper..the last that i bought was Bacardi & it was around RM115 per bottle and bring it to the bar and they will only charge you corkage around RM70 per bottle..or even better, just smuggle it in and pretend to just drink coke!..lol

That place is full of pub and disco around (taman melaka raya), wheather they is hanky panky, i dont know..

the price of beers should be about the same everywhere. beers are not cheap in our country and it is more expensive in pubs and disco

melaka raya is the town area..for disco, pub, karaoke, chinese restaurants.. i didn't know there are hanky panky included..

so far i've only been to Pure Bar...

just a normal pub with live band..
