Jam format or runs?

Both really depending on the comp. Jam formats are more fun and relaxed and can result in really good riding due to riders being more relaxed. But judging can be dodgy in jam comps as you cant look at everyone all the time, but i guess thats why jams are seen as more fun more than anything else. I suppose runs are a better way of judging who is really the better rider.

jam for rail comps and runs for a more tecnical judging such as jumps or a line of features. jams are easier to set up, but runs are fairer
