Jamaican food!!!!?

Question

i want a jamaican street food recipe not well known( i live in canada) i make my own patties, and even doubles( i know it isn't jamaican)

im 1/2 jamaican and my grandmother raised me on jamaican food, yet i have never been, and she makes me traditional/regular fare... i am a pastry chef in training and would love an authentic recipe from the roots... from the street cuz that's where it's the best... something i could find as if i was visiting my family!!!!!
