  1. I am assuming you are speaking of a tourism visit? India is a commonwealth country, and no visa is required for such a visit. If you mean work or school there are different rules.  Foreign nationals who do not require visas for entry to Jamaica as tourists, but are conducting BUSINESS on a short-term basis (such as consultations, meetings, inspections, repairs, technical advice) will not require a business visa once they will be in Jamaica for a period not exceeding 30 days.

    Foreign nationals who do not require visas for entry to Jamaica as tourists but are conducting BUSINESS on a long term basis for periods exceeding thirty (30) days, will require a visa for entry.

    For school you need a permit approved in advance of your entry into the country.

    For work you are a Commonwealth citizen so you don't need  work permit BUT you need a residency permit, which probably means you will have to show you have an offer of employment. You really should check with the consulate if that's what you want to do.

    Otherwise:

    Passport (valid at least 6 months on date of entry) required.

    Minors (under 18 years of age), irrespective of nationality,

    traveling with an adult other than a parent or legal guardian,

    must hold a notarized letter of consent. Not applicable to:

    - minors traveling unaccompanied; or

    - traveling with one/both parents or legal guardian.

    Visitor must hold:

    - onward or return ticket to country of permanent residence

      (not applicable if passport shows place of birth "Jamaica");

      and

    - other documents required for next destination; and

    - sufficient funds.

  2. Required.

  3. No visa. Please read link for more details.
