James Anderson, the England fast bowler, is happy with his team’s performance in the opening two fixtures of the on-going Ashes series at home and revealed that his side is aiming to whitewash Australia in the all-important battle.
The first Test of the five-match series at Trent Bridge was a closely-fought one as the hosts won by just 14 runs; however, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/AN-Cook-c1026 and company outclassed the visitors in all departments of the game in the second encounter at the Lord’s, winning the
game by a massive margin of 347 runs.

Anderson mentioned that his team is also keen to win all the five Tests of the series and made it clear that he does not have any soft corner for the Kangaroos, who are being heavily criticized by the cricketing pundits.
"I don't really feel any sympathy," Anderson said. "We want to win the series 5-0, so we will be doing everything we can in each game to win," the English spearhead expressed.
While expressing his views about the remaining matches of the battle, England’s premier fast bowler said that he cannot wait to play at Old Trafford and Headingly again as there is immense history related to both these grounds.
"Cricket is huge in the north, and I hate Headingley, so it is good to play a Test at Old Trafford," he added. "There is so much history at the ground. It was in need of a l**k of paint, and it got that and a little more - so I think it is going to be an
amazing atmosphere."
The third Test of the series is going to begin from August 1, 2013 at the Old Trafford, Manchester, with the tourists keen to revive their fortunes and restore some pride. However, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013 would work hard to retain their supremacy over the arch-rivals.
