James Blake string pattern is 16x17???

Had you thought he's used to 18x20, you've been fooled. Look here in the ad....

James Blake uses an 18x20 (you can see this on his offical page photo gallery).

What happened in the ad was the strings didn't photo well so they photoshoped the string bed for a cleaner look (crisp strings and clear Dunlap logo).  They just apparently didn't pay attention to detail.
