James Loney or Evan Longoria?

My team is very well balanced, so I don't need one stat more than another. (also we use .OPS instead of batting average, but we also use Hits as a stat).

I currently have James Shields, and a manager will offer me either of the above players for him. I know, i know, Shields is solid, but look at his split stats... he's TERRIBLE in June and July.

  1. Evan Longoria is an awesome 3rd baseman.  I would hold off though and keep James Shields.  He has grown up a little and will be a solid part of the Rays rotation.

  2. For the idiot saying to Keep Loney, he doesn't have Loney.  He's getting offered Loney.

    Definitely go with Longoria.

  3. Keep Loney..

HA HA... yes, take advice from a guy with an ape head..brilliant.
