The Australian pacer, James Pattinson, is confident of regaining full fitness before the tour of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Leicestershire-c807.
From Tuesday, Pattinson will take part in bowling sessions, at Australia's Centre of Excellence in Brisbane, and is expected to bowl at his best before the end of next week.
Pattinson, during an interview to AAP, said, “I'm bowling about three times a week now at about 80% intensity and building that up and hopefully (I'll have) three weeks of going 100% in the nets before getting over to England.”

Since the tour does not involve any Test matches, Pattinson is using the white ball to practice in the nets.
“I'm looking for a bit of match intensity, so hopefully I can get out there in the middle. It'll mostly be white-ball practice with the one-dayers coming up,” said the 22-year-old pacer from Victoria.
Pattinson will have an extended stay in England, as he has been included in the Australian A team, which will be touring England from July 27 till August 17.
The speedster sees this as an opportunity to prepare himself for the Ashes series, which will be played in 2013.
He said, "I don't think we've played in these conditions before so it'll be a great learning curve before the Ashes next year. Hopefully it gives us a bit of an edge over the Poms and we can go over to the Ashes with one up over
them."
Pattinson has been out of action since April, when he picked the back injury during a Test match against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/West-Indies-c760. The injury was very disappointing, as he was returning to Australian colours after recovering from a foot stress
that cut short his series against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750 earlier.
The youngster made his debut for Australia during the ODI match against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Bangladesh-c747 on April 13, 2011. Since then, the right-arm pacer has featured in five ODI games, claiming 8 wickets at 28.37 runs apiece.
