Jamie O’Hara wants Wolves to win their upcoming games
Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder, Jamie O’Hara has gone on to claim that his side need to try and pick up as many points in their upcoming games, before they end up facing the bigger teams in the Premier League.
O’Hara has been impressed with the way the team has been performing so far this season, but wants the team to play even better in their upcoming games.
Wolves manager, Mick McCarthy has also admitted that his decision to play two strikers upfront was one of the best decisions that he had made, as it helped his side beat Sunderland. However, When he tried to deploy the same tactics against Manchester United,
his side was swept aside, as the Red Devils won by four goals to one.
Despite that fact, most of the Wolves players, including O’Hara want McCarthy to adapt the same tactics, since it helps the team create much more goal scoring opportunities up front.
The team is now looking forward to playing host to Stoke City and Norwich City this coming week and should the team be able to adapt to the two strikers up front, they could pick up the wins in their games with ease.
When asked about the new formations that McCarthy was trying and if the team should continue with these changes, O’Hara responded by stating:  “I hope so. We can’t sit back like we did against Swansea and Queens Park http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rangers-c40314 – it doesn’t work.
“If we play like we did at United and against Sunderland, on the front foot, it’s end-to-end football but it’s positive and that’s how we play best.
“We started by playing 4-4-2 on Saturday but, if we have to switch to 4-5-1, we can do it by staying positive.
“We looked dangerous and if we can keep being positive and keep playing on the front foot, we’ll get results.”
Wolves have been playing half decent this season, but are yet to produce the results that would ensure their survival in the Premier League at the end of the season. The team is sitting in the seventeenth spot, with just two points separating them and Wigan,
who sit in the eighteenth position.
It is now going to be up to the team and Mick McCarthy himself, to try and help the team pick up a maximum number of points, before the team faces the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wolves-c40952 winning those games are pretty
slim at the moment.
