  1. Ouch...been there. My trainer told me to ice it a lot immediately, especially if it is swollen. Also if it is still swollen the next day and is sore, you should probably tape it. Hope your finger gets better soon =)

  2. i know this sounds nasty but have someone on your team pull on it itll unjam. this is what we do on r team wenever someone jams a wrist or finger

  3. make sure to ice it to keep down the swelling and also use icyhot(if possible) and then make sure to keep it from moving. it will keep it from becoming stiff and hurting even worse

  4. pull it out and let it back in slowly do that a lot

and ice and wrap it when u go to prctice

  5. that always happens to me just suck it up it does not hurt that badley!!!! SUCK IT UP!!!!!!

that may have been harsh but true and srry for saying that but just dont use it too much!! and ice it!!!=] good luck

  6. Ice it and keep it above your heart so the blood drains out if it's swollen. When the swelling goes down, start moving your finger. I know it hurts but for me, it got easier and less painful to move after a while. The next day, my finger was okay. Get a splint or tape it if need be.

  7. u r probably fine it will probably be sore tomorrow though.  however if it swells up u should tape it before u play next.  if its abnormally shaped u might wanna get it checked out.  if it really hurts just ice it and take an advil

  8. though it may be painful the jam will heal in a week or two. Whatever you do DO NOT try to pop or releave the tension in your thumb or in any other finger. This could result in breaking you finger. I was in a national qualifier match and I jammed my middle finger to I tryed to pull at my figer and my coach warned me that by doing this you can actually break something!!

    Keep at it!!

  9. ice it when you get home and tape it during the day/when you play

  10. Don't do anything that causes pain.  Try not to use it until it heals.  It takes a long time for a jammed finger to heal completely.  If you have to play, make sure you tape it properly.

  11. first ouch

next get a splint if it is bad other wise it will fix it's self
