Jan O Jorgensen trounces Boonsak Ponsana in Men’s Singles clash at Yonex Copenhagen Masters 2012
Denmark’s most spirited shuttler Jan O Jorgensen showed his staggering skills on court and defeated Thailand’s top shuttler Boonsak Ponsana in Men’s Singles clash at Yonex Copenhagen Masters 2012 in Denmark, on Thursday, December 27.
The upcoming Jorgensen, who is currently positioned at number 11 in Men’s Singles world ranking, displayed his lofty craft and easily defeated Ponsana who has been placed at number 15 in the world.
Danish shuttler was on a different level while playing in front of his home fans and he did not show any mercy to his Thai challenger all the way to end up the set with a one-sided margin on the score board.
On the contrary, the lower ranked Ponsana tried his best to play positive badminton but he failed to find a good flow and remained struggling all the way. He crashed out in just 26 minutes without showing his elite skills.
Jorgensen delivered extremely well from the initial points of first game as he played with amazing speed and took over the control.
