Janitrol/Goodman GMP075-3 Draft Inducer Fan Won't.... Went to turn on heat this year, won't work.

Question

Went to turn on heat this year, won't work. The draft inducer fan does not turn on, therefore the pressure switch will not close. 3 blinking lights. Cleaned out the blower assembly, blew and sucked pressure switch relay, tried start up process with one wire off pressure switch relay, any suggestions? Turning the fan to "on" on the stat does make the fan come on. When turning the heater on, you get a click meaning the stat is telling the heater to come on.
