Janome 10000. Keep getting an error (warning/needle bent, cloth to thick,/something stuckin

Question

Keep getting an error (warning/needle bent, cloth to thick,/something stuckin machine)
dealer can"t get this warning to come up when they sew on my machine.
anything I try to do with the machine embroidery or just sew a straight seam i get the error sooner or later. sometime within 5 mins. sometimes
it takes an hour to come up.I have tried to sew all over the house i get the
same thing. our home is only 10 yrs old. wiring should be good. I've been told there is a way to test if you have a flux of power coming in to an outlet.
Do you know anything about this.They are suppose to be sold at radio shack. magnaflux [e-mail]
