Janome 10000 bobbin case problems

Question

Almost everytime I begin an embroidery project, my bobbin case makes strange noises as though it is jumping around as it is stitching and than stops with a nest of thread built up. I have replaced the bobbin case once but the problem remains. What is wrong?
