Janome 300E Memory Craft reading .sew and .jef

Question

The Janome reads the compact flash when it has designs in .jef. This is from my Sitchitize cd.

The Janome will not read compact flash when it has designs in .sew. This is from my Dakota Collectibles cd.

I tried putting the .sew designs on another compact flash. Still would not work.

Yes, I did format both compact flashes.
