Question:

Janome 9000 Feed Dog and On/Off button problems

1. The Feed Dog on my 9000 will not raise up to feed the cloth through. Computer says it's raised but it's not. Tried a few rows of sewing by pulling it through...thought it would unstick but no luck.1. The On/Off button is reversed suddenly. Now, green is for off and red is for on. What's up?
