My Janome 9500 , when I embroider, will work fine for a while, then the thread starts knotting up on the underside and makes a loud noise.. Then the needle will not come up. I have to take the hoop out of the machine, there is always a hole there. I took it to a repair person, he said the bobbin case had a burr on it. It did work for a while but now it's back to the same old thing. Do you think a new bobbin case would help?
