Janome Combi overlock/sewer old mdel

Question

my wheel is jammed an wont move either forward or back the Power is on wen i switch it on,but it wont budge.

canyou please advise me whats the problem? ive oiled it ad cleaned it bt stll wont turn

your adice will be gratefully noted.
