Janome MC 10000 with Easy Transfer using jef files

Question

I cannot transfer a file from my program "Monogramming Wizard" to the MC 10000 using Easy Transfer. When I try to open a JEF file in Easy transfer, I get a message 'file may be damaged' and it won't open it. OR, If it does open it, then when try to send it to the MC 10000, I get an error on the MC10000 "Internal Memory Error" and it will not receive the file. I am using a USB cable. What is wrong?.
