Janome Memory Craft 4900 QC. My bobbin icon is on and I can't reverse sew, and the bobbin icon

My bobbin icon is on and I can't reverse sew, and the bobbin icon will not go away, I can fill a bobbin, sew forward, and do nothing else with my machine. Please help!
