Janome Memory Craft 9500 Computerized... Problem:

when the machin started to a embroidery my thread is always in loose if i tried to adjust the wheel up to 0 to 9 or auto but thread is not tighted whatever is required.the result embroidery cloth jumed to the bobin case.kindly give me the solution
