Janome customiser 11000

Question

hi please help i am losing my hair here!
I have a memorycraft 11000 with customiser 11000 built in.
I had a virus that i had to reinstall my whole computer but luckly i backed up customiser that was pre installed on my computer only once buy dell computers with janome. But when i went back to install customiser it opens up but will not let me upgrade it giving an error like there is no customiser on the system! i think i am missing something like a set up file because when i go to add the program from the CD there is no set up file to do so.
Help what do i do? any advice will be great
