Janome personalizer 2000

is there a patch to make personalizer run properly with windows xp? it will not save the bitmap when i use fill stitches, but does if i only digitise the outline. creates a bmp file but it is empty!!! on two tests it had only three pixels of the outline i had drawn!! please help!!! beth
