i have a jamone 11000. Foolishly, i left a hoop in place when i turned the machine off. when i turned it back on it moved into positiona nd jammed and made a bad clacking noise and now whenever i turn it on it makes that same noise and tells me to raise presser foot and turn machine off and on again. it just keeps doing it over and over... any advice?! thanks
