[j*p-Movie] Koizora ~ Anyone know where or how to read the oringial celluar story of Koizora?

Well let's see, I've just about watched it half a dozen times and still counting. And everytime I do see it, it's just so heartbreaking :( - Anyways, so I've heard that the movie is a bit different from the story so if anyone would tell me where or how they read it? Or any other possible way? I live in Canada. So Please help me out, and any ideas/opinions/suggestions/ and how much they liked the movie, is much appericiated :3 <3
