Japan, because of the manga cafe's, cosplaying,super kawaii people and exotic food, yum! : )

China, because of the wall, Bruce Lee, Chinese new year celebrations and diversity

Why does everyone seem to think you have to like one or the other?

I've been to both, and I like them both a lot! They're quite different. I think China has a wider variety of places to tour and things to see. I like the people of both nations.

I'd say Japan because they have a lot of great things to do and its a beautiful country. It may also have to do with that I have some language background so life would be easier for me.

I would however say China over Japan, if there were certain political things that would change.
