  1. Me being mexican i would say Japan Mexico is way to dangerous right now. But the tacos beat any japanese cuisine

  2. Japan

  3. I don't know, I kind of like Mexico's shape.  Japan I find too long and spindly.

Japan wins on the living standard thing, though.

  4. I like both countries very much but I think the answer is glaringly obvious if you know anything about both. Though there are areas of homeless issues in major cities in Japan, it's nowhere near the shanty towns of Mexico. For economy and technology, I would say Japan beats Mexico. For sanitation and basic utilities available, again I would say Japan wins again. The Mexican government "cheats" their employment statistics so it's very hard to figure out an accurate unemployment rate nationwide.

The CIA World Factbook lists unemployment rates as follows:

    Japan 4% (2007 est.)

Mexico 3.7% plus underemployment of perhaps 25% (2007 est.)

    USA 4.6% (2007 est.)

  5. Pretty well a no-brainer.  Mexico has vast areas of people living on the margin.

  6. I would say Japan.

Japan is in a stable shape, with great technology to support them.

Mexican cities have massive pollution, affecting the citizens health.

Don't forget the illegal immigrants from Mexico..might give a hint on who is in better shape.

  7. I would say Japan. Japan has some major industry going on especially in the field of technology. The country is quite wealthy. If you have ever heard the song "Eat It" by Wierd Al Yankovic, you would note that he says "well dont you know that other kids are starving in Japan, so eat it." This is definately not true!

When look at Mexico, there is really no middle class. You are either really rich or really poor. Look at it like this, about 95% of the country's wealth belongs to about 6% of the people that live there. The remaining 5% is distributed between the remaining 94% of the population. Mexico is quite dangerous right now as well. Dont get me wrong, Mexico is cool.

  8. Japan definently.

  9. I would definatley choose Japan. The reasons being are they have the worlds 3rd strongest economy, and the people can enjoy a pretty high standard of living.
