sour plum flavor

if you've ever eaten plums in Mexico, it's similar. they dry out plums and add chile, Japanese dry out plums and don't add chile. this package though has the regular juicy plump plum, not the dried out one.

Looks like ume-boshi: japanese pickled plum.

Very tasty and astringent.
