Are there any Japanese Radio Stations here in Wisconsin, USA, that is on the FM frequency? In fact, how can I receive any Japanese Radio Stations here in Wisconsin, USA? If it helps, my area code is 53581, and 53402.

The answer to your question is no. There simply are not enough native Japanese speakers in your area to warrant such a station.

However as "wise old...." points out, you can get many of them over the internet.

Check out this site. It's the site for Tokyo FM. Scroll down to the Web radio. You should be able to listen to it over the Net.
