Japanese movie title help?

I've seen this Japanese movie on Wowow channel a couple years back. I never got to finish it though.

The plot starts out with a bunch of High School kids on a train. Then a group of other kids start bullying this boy. He goes to the restroom & minutes later they get into an accident & many die. The boy who was bullied survived & turned out to be a real psycho & starts stacking the dead bodies into piles & lights up candles & stuff (*i'm really wondering where he got all those candles).

So, that's how far I got into the film.

Does anybody know the movies title?
