Where can I find an onsen/bath in Japan (Osaka, Tokyo, Kyoto) which allows swimmers/togs?

  1. No one takes a bath with clothes on.

  3. I know one in Toshima-en, Nerima Ward Tokyo.

    From what i've heard, it's the kind of onsen that requires customers to wear swimsuits, which as you know is not the norm in Japan. Comes with a massage parlor and an expensive restaurant.  The kind that caters to the rich and hence good for travelers.
