Japanese quail eggs?

Question

i have 5 japanese quails and earlier today i found a quail egg which none of the quails have sat on yet. i am unsure weather the egg will be hatched so i have decided to take it in my own hands and need a little advise on how i can take care of it. does somebody know a good way i can take care of it. thank you for your help.
