It must be a part of one full Japanese sentence.

Nobody can translate it into English  if it is not quoted perfectly.

It seems somebody just used kind of web translator which tool is just idiot.

Ok, that sentence does NOT make any sense but here is translation for each part.

akachan = baby (infant)

o mitashi te i nai baai wa = if you fulfill it and it's not there...

watashiwa sa reru doko = I was being done where

so as you can see, the last sentence is just weird... not to mention the second one doesn't make sense also.

are you sure that was the whole thing??
