  1. Two months is a perfect amount of time to plan a wedding.  I got engaged on Sept 27 2007 and got married Jan 5 2008...

Here is a link to a website that talks about Japanese weddings and it has everything from party favors to the traditional ceremony:

Here are some wedding dress pictures:

    Good luck...I hope these help.

  2. I just saw a wedding with the same theme and instead of flowers the bride and bridesmaid's carried Japanese printed umbrella's.  The bride carried the color of her bride's maids and the bridesmaids carried white.  It looked amazing...but the wedding was also outdoors.

Fortune cookies, bamboo chute centerpieces, coy fish there are a million choices Good Luck!

  3. You'll need more than 2 months to plan a wedding, doll.

  4. Hi i don't mean to be really offensive but i'm not sure if what i've listed is chinese or japanese have a look see.

    Fortune cookies as favors

Individual fans as favors or used in decor

Boxes that look like 'takeout' boxes

    Red lantern centerpieces (scroll down)

Really gorgeous chopsticks with silk holders

    Decorate with paper lanterns

That's all i can really think of, off the top of my head.

  5. I am getting married in 4 weeks! Time is flying by.

The favors I wanted to do soooo bad is chinese to-go boxes. they are very cheap and very unique. You can get them online or any hobby store. You can put chocolates or anything inside.
