Jason Pominville will he stay or will he go?

Question

Has anyone heard any rumors about the status of his contract with the Buffalo Sabres? Are the talks going well or will someone else pick him up? If so who?

I heard that both sides are close and that there should be an announcement by labor day and i also heard that he is or was in town this week so who knows

but he will deffinately be a Sabre for a long time i have also heard in another rumor that the deal could be anywhere between 7-9 years but that was a couple weeks ago

He sais here in montreal he would love to play for the Habs but he wants to stay in buffalo but in the futur he said he wants to play for the the habs vuz hes french born here in mtl and hes here right know in a golf tournament with his buddies in mtl LAtendress Tanguay Denis and Lapierre ( they are all habys)

Id love to see Pommer in a habs uniform.

he wont sign tell next years end and will be traded at the dealine to the HABS

Don't know if the Sabres can afford him ib the long term.  That Vanek thing really messed things up in Buffalo.
