I wonder if there is any place called 'chhattargarh'. I know of Chhatarpur in MP and Chhattisgarh, which is now a separate state, but used to be a part of MP. You will need to confirm which place you want.

Chhattisgarh Tourism has developed a very good site, I went through it but couldn't find Jatashankar temple there. You may like to see it-
